How does Amazon Transparency work?

Transparency-enabled products allow customers to authenticate products, regardless of where they purchased them (on Amazon or other web-shops or local stores).

Using the Transparency Mobile App customers can scan the code on their product. If the product is identified as authentic, the app shows unit-level information. Brands owners can add more data to the product information, including manufacturing date and place or ingredients and other details. Only Amazon owns the record of every code generated along with the product information that is associated to it.

1 Set up a Peacocks Transparency Account

Click the link below to go the order labels pages and select the label types and quantities that you would like to add to your order.

2 Authorise Peacocks to request codes automatically

Click the link below and it will compose and email to send to the transparency team to authorise Peacocks to request codes on your behalf when you place your order. If you already have your Transparency codes you will be able to attach the file to complete the order request.

3 Add your products quickly

If you're already registered in the Transparency Program click the link below to quickly set up a Commercial Account to buy the labels: You will need your company ABN details, brand names and contact information.

How quickly can I get my labels?

Stock Transparency labels IE 1-8 can be Printed and Shipped within 3-5 Working days. If you need full Colour prime product labels please contact up and we can assist with.

How much do labels cost?

Labels cost $10.25 – $18.25 per 1000 for Standard Gtin or Non Gtin styles. Full colour Digital Prime Product and Sachel labels will be quote based on you individual designs.

Can you provide Transparency garment and care labels for fashion and clothing brands?

Yes, we can provide both removable non residue labels for clothing or sew in Care labels.

Can you provide case labels and verification solution for supply chain tracking?

Yes, we can provide case labels and Pallet labels that can used for verification before products get assigned on to retail shelves.
